In most CRMs, managers add customer tags manually. Torgsoft assigns the interest itself: you link product types with interests, and when a customer buys a product, the program marks it in their card. Then the database can be filtered by interest in a few clicks to make a personalized offer.

What Torgsoft integrates with
What is not available. Torgsoft does not collect messages from social networks and messengers into one window, such as Instagram or Telegram conversation feeds. Customer communication works through mass mailings via SMS, Viber and e-mail using TurboSMS, BSG, AlphaSMS services, and through Binotel telephony. Links to the customer's social networks are stored in their card. Marketplaces and websites are connected through separate synchronization options.

Questions about working with customers
What discount systems does Torgsoft support, and does the program move the customer to a higher percentage automatically?
The program supports fixed, cumulative, bonus and club discount systems. In the cumulative system, you set thresholds, for example, from UAH 1000 — 1%, from UAH 5000 — 5%; the program calculates the total purchase amount and moves the customer to the next level.
Can unused bonuses expire after a certain time?
Yes, there is the «Bonuses with a limited validity period» option for this: you set the validity period of bonuses in days or expiration at the end of the month or year, and the program writes off expired bonuses.
Can customers be warned that their bonuses will expire soon?
Yes. In the settings, you specify how many days before expiration the notification should be sent. Through mass mailings, the program checks balances and sends customers messages about the remaining bonuses and expiration date.
Customers do not take small change. Can it be credited to the bonus account?
Yes, Torgsoft has the «Change to card» function. At the cash register, the seller credits small change to the customer's account — these funds become bonuses for paying part of the next purchase. It works even for customers with a regular, non-bonus card.
How do gift certificates work? Can a certificate be sold with a discount?
There are three modes: «as money», «as a deferred discount» and «as a product». In the «as a product» mode, the customer's discount applies to the certificate: a customer with a 5% discount buys a certificate with a nominal value of UAH 1000 for UAH 950 and gives it as a gift for the full amount. Certificates can be configured to work across the entire store chain.
Can mailings be sent in Viber and include images?
Yes, with the «Mass mailings to customers» option, Torgsoft works with TurboSMS, AlphaSMS, BSG and other services. For Viber, there are transactional messages, such as order status texts, and advertising messages — with text up to 1000 characters, an image and a button with a website link.
Can customers be greeted automatically on their birthday?
Yes, automatic sending of greeting SMS or Viber messages can be configured. Additionally, you can set a birthday discount that is valid for a specified number of days before and after the holiday and can be added to the current discount or replace it.
We want a promotion «recommend to a friend — get a bonus». Can Torgsoft do this?
Yes, this is the «Refer a friend» promotion option. Individual promo codes for friends are generated in the customer card. When the friend buys a product with the promo code, they receive a discount on the first purchase, and the referrer receives a bonus — a fixed amount or a percentage of the receipt.
Does Torgsoft have integration with social networks and messengers?
There is no collection of messages from social networks into one window. Communication works through mass mailings via SMS, Viber and e-mail and through Binotel telephony, while links to the customer's social networks are stored in their card.
