Installment payment is a form of payment in which the buyer pays for a product or service in parts over a defined period. The cost consists of payments for the license and a rental fee for using the program until it is fully purchased.

You implement accounting in the store without paying the full amount at once. The budget is distributed over several months according to the agreement schedule.

Receive a commercial offer. The company records all agreed terms of the deal in it.
Conclude a payment agreement with a schedule and payment amounts. The general terms are set out in the offer agreement.

How the monthly payment is formed
The payment consists of two parts: the principal payment for the license and the rental fee for using the program until it is fully purchased.
- The principal payment is divided into equal parts according to the number of installment months.
- The rental fee is 2% of the license cost per month. This calculation applies when paying in hryvnia, dollars or another currency.
- The rental fee is calculated differentially: in the first month its amount is higher, and by the end of the usage period it decreases. The total rental amount is divided into unequal parts and paid monthly.
- If during the agreement period you need to purchase an additional license or option, the agreement is renewed. Payment for using installments continues with the new amount taken into account.
Access to the program is provided for one month, until the next installment payment is made.
