Torgsoft licenses, options and equipment can be paid for in one payment, in parts, rented, or used through the internet.
This page explains how to request an invoice, how the payment methods differ and how we ship equipment.
How to pay for Torgsoft goods and services
Payment is received to Torgsoft's current account or processed through the secure payment service on the website.
The invoice is prepared by the order department. Write or call the Torgsoft order department, and we will issue an invoice for the required licenses, options or equipment.
You pay the invoice by transfer to the company's account or by card through the secure payment service.
Notify us about the payment. This helps us credit the payment and provide the services faster.
There is no need to sign a paper agreement. A paid invoice means that the agreement has been concluded.
Pay for the license from the account of the future owner of the program. The license remains with the person who paid for it; it cannot be reissued to another person later.
If one person pays and another person will use the program, write this in the payment purpose.
How to receive a license
The license key is provided by technical support via the internet: by email, in chat or through a remote connection to the computer. Paid licenses are issued on any day of the week.

The options differ by the amount of the first payment and by whether the license remains yours.
Torgsoft in installments
Payment is divided into monthly payments. The cost includes the amount for licenses and options and the fee for the payment-in-parts service.
We prepare the payment schedule for your order and send it by email. The program starts working after the first payment, and the license remains yours after the last one.
Torgsoft for rent
Licenses and options can be used for the paid period. This means lower costs at the start of automation.
When the period ends, work with the program stops until the next payment. Torgsoft-Online, technical support, a turnkey online store and retail equipment are not provided for rent.
Torgsoft-Online
Any license or option is configured to work through the internet. A store or chain can be managed from another city and from a phone.
You do not need your own server to store data, and you do not need to pay the full license cost.
Full payment with purchase
The cost is paid in one payment, and the license immediately remains yours. There are no monthly payments.
New versions and updates may be paid separately, while the already paid version continues to work without additional payments.

Delivery terms for retail equipment and consumables
Delivery at Torgsoft's expense
For orders from 1100 hryvnias, we ship goods across Ukraine at our own expense.
When we ship
Orders placed in the first half of the day, by 11:00–12:00, we try to ship by Nova Poshta on the same day.
We ship by Nova Poshta across Ukraine after the order is paid. The order department works from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
What to do upon receipt
- Check the packaging and completeness while the parcel is still at the branch.
- If something is damaged or missing, ask Nova Poshta to draw up a report.
- Write to us, add photos and the consignment note number, and we will look into it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund for the license?
After we have provided the key, we do not refund the payment. That is why there is a free demo version and consultation before purchase: you can calmly check whether the program suits your store.
What happens to the data if Torgsoft-Online is not renewed?
Access to the server will stop. The data is stored for another 10 days, after which the server is deleted. If payment is made within this period, work will continue in the same place.
Can equipment be returned?
An individual can return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days if the appearance, complete set and packaging are preserved. For FOPs and companies, returns are agreed separately. The warranty period is specified in the product passport or warranty card.
