The option is needed for entrepreneurs who sell on Prom.ua and also keep records or manage stock in Torgsoft. Without synchronization, the catalog has to be updated manually in two places: if you change a price or stock balance in the program, you must repeat the same action in the marketplace account. This takes time and leads to stock mismatches when a product remains on the website even though it is no longer available in the warehouse.
Stock balances are synchronized both ways: a sale in the offline store reduces the quantity on Prom.ua, and an online order reserves the product in the program. Photos, descriptions, characteristics, and prices are transferred from the product card in Torgsoft. You manage the catalog in one system and reduce the risk of errors. License for 1 year.

What it looks like before and after
Before
You manage the catalog in the Prom.ua account separately from the program. After each sale or stock receipt, the website stock balances diverge from the real ones, and orders are copied into accounting manually.
After
The catalog is managed in Torgsoft and transferred to Prom.ua automatically. Stock balances are updated, orders are loaded into the program for processing, and paid orders immediately create an invoice. The Nova Poshta consignment note number can be sent back to the Prom.ua order if Nova Poshta conditions are met.
How it works: 6 steps
Get an API token. In the Prom.ua account: «Settings — API token management». The token needs read and write permissions for orders and products.
Create a synchronization object. «Warehouse — Synchronization with online store», the «Add» button. Category — «Online store», «Synchronize through» — Prom.ua, insert the token.
Configure export fields. Add product fields: name, price, description, characteristics, photo. Column names can be changed to meet marketplace requirements.
Link payment methods. On the «Payment methods» tab, load the list from Prom.ua and associate each method with a cash desk or settlement account.
Run synchronization. The «Run synchronization» button exports products to the website. The exchange can be launched manually or by timer.
Accept orders. In the «Remote customer order» mode using the «Accept orders» button or by timer. Orders with the statuses «New» and «Paid» are loaded.
Important. During the exchange, full synchronization with the Torgsoft product directory takes place — everything that is not in the program is deleted from the website. Before the first exchange with the main store, perform a test export to a separate store on Prom.ua.

Clothing and footwear store
Hundreds of items with sizes and colors. Through «Model ID», the size range is collected into one card, the buyer chooses the size on the spot, and stock is written off from the same warehouse as in the retail point.
Store with delivery
Orders from Prom.ua are loaded into Torgsoft for processing. With «Delivery to Nova Poshta branch» and automatic customer creation enabled, the recipient and address are inserted automatically, and the consignment note number can be returned to the order on the website under Nova Poshta conditions.
Wholesale and retail
The retail price can be exported as a wholesale price, together with the minimum order quantity. Wholesale and retail are managed in one database.
Example
An accessories store sells offline and has a Prom.ua storefront with several thousand items. Before connecting the option, the manager updated prices and stock balances in the marketplace account manually, so products that were no longer available regularly appeared on the website, and some orders were processed with a delay.
After setting up synchronization, the catalog is managed only in Torgsoft. Stock balances are updated by timer, orders from the website are loaded into the program for processing, and paid orders immediately create an invoice with the buyer’s payment method. Frequently asked questions
Which licenses support integration with Prom.ua?
The option is available in the Torgsoft Ultra and Torgsoft Terminal versions. It is not available in Torgsoft Start.
What happens to products on Prom.ua that are not in Torgsoft?
During synchronization, the entire product directory of the program is transferred, so everything that is not in the Torgsoft export file is deleted from the website.
Can products with zero stock remain visible?
Yes. The settings include a switch that exports such products with the «Expected» status.
How do orders from Prom.ua get into the program?
Into the «Remote customer order» mode by timer or by the «Accept orders» button. Orders with the statuses «New» and «Paid» are loaded.
What happens if the customer paid for the order on the website?
For a paid order, an invoice is created immediately with the payment method selected by the buyer, without the intermediate mode.
Do orders have to be canceled separately in the Prom.ua account?
No. When canceled in Torgsoft, the status also changes on the website; the program will ask you to specify the cancellation reason.
How to combine products with different sizes into one card?
Through the same «Model ID» parameter, products of one model are exported as variants, and the buyer chooses the size in a single card.
Can wholesale prices be exported?
Yes, but together with the wholesale price, the minimum order quantity must be exported — without it, the price will not be pulled in.
How to automate Nova Poshta consignment notes for orders from Prom.ua?
When loading an order with «Delivery to Nova Poshta branch» and automatic customer creation enabled, the recipient and address are inserted automatically. The consignment note number can be sent back to the Prom.ua order if the consignment note was created for a Prom invoice and Nova Poshta conditions are met.
