The synchronization of Torgsoft with Ukrposhta allows you to automate and simplify the process of working with shipments, reduce the number of manual operations, and increase the speed of order dispatch.
If you receive an order - create an invoice directly in Torgsoft, print the label, attach it to the box - and you're done. The shipment data is automatically transferred to Ukrposhta, and you can track its status directly in Torgsoft.
Capabilities of Torgsoft's synchronization with Ukrposhta
Creation and management of shipments:
- Creation of waybills directly in Torgsoft.
- Selecting the delivery type - warehouse-to-door, warehouse-to-warehouse, etc., type of waybill - standard or express, and other shipment parameters.
- Automatic filling of sender and recipient data if they are already in the system.
- Adding new recipients and senders.
- Working with shipment groups and SmartBox.
- Cost accounting by invoice if the sender pays for the delivery.
Printing accompanying documents:
- Printing shipment labels and labels for shipment groups in various formats.
- Printing form 103a for a group of shipments.
Tracking shipments:
- Tracking the status of waybills directly in Torgsoft.
- Viewing the list of events related to the shipment.
- Receiving information about the estimated delivery date, delivery cost, delivery status, etc.
- Tracking shipments created outside of Torgsoft (if the declaration number is entered manually).
Additional functions:
- Deleting shipments that have not yet been sent.
- Mass status update of waybills using scheduled tasks.
- Receiving error messages during mass status updates.
ℹ️ The option works via external services, therefore it is regularly updated and maintained by our specialists. Annual payment ensures uninterrupted operation and adaptation to changes in services.
