It is needed when you sell on Rozetka and do not want to maintain the catalog and orders manually in two systems at the same time.
The option is suitable for stores, online stores and sellers who already work with Rozetka or plan to start selling there, especially with a large assortment. It solves a typical pain point: manual updating of prices and stock balances, selling products that are no longer in stock, and confusion between orders from the website, store and marketplace.
As a result, you maintain a single product database, send current prices and availability to Rozetka according to the configured exchange, and process orders in the usual Torgsoft workflow. The option is available for Torgsoft Ultra and Terminal licenses and is paid annually.

What synchronization with Rozetka is
Synchronization with Rozetka works by exchanging data through a file. Torgsoft generates a price list in XML (YML) format that meets the marketplace requirements and uploads it to your public internet resource. Rozetka regularly reads this file and updates product prices and availability. Marketplace orders are loaded into the program, where you process them in the usual accounting workflow.

Who does not need it. If you do not sell on Rozetka, make occasional sales without a permanent catalog, or have only a few products that are easy to update manually, a separate synchronization option will not provide noticeable benefit. It is also not suitable for the Torgsoft Start license.

Before
The manager manually reconciles stock balances in the store and on Rozetka, updates prices in Excel, rewrites orders from the seller cabinet into the accounting system and occasionally sells products that are no longer available.
After
The catalog, prices and stock balances are sent to the marketplace through the configured exchange, orders arrive in Torgsoft, and statuses return to Rozetka after actions in the program.
How it works: 6 steps
Creating a synchronization object. In the menu item Warehouse — Synchronization with online store, click Add and on the General tab select Category Online store, Synchronization through Rozetka.ua.
Access credentials and addresses. Enter the seller cabinet username and password provided by Rozetka, as well as static addresses where the price list and product photos will be uploaded.
ROZETKA marketplace setup wizard. Save the Rozetka database (categories, manufacturers, characteristics), link the product type with the marketplace category and fill in the parameters.
Price list export. The program generates an XML file and uploads it to your resource. Rozetka regularly reads the file and updates product prices and availability.
Order loading. New orders arrive in Document — Remote customer orders; you accept them and issue an invoice in the Trade with invoice issuing mode.
Status transfer. The order status on Rozetka changes automatically after certain actions in Torgsoft — loading the order, issuing an invoice, creating an expenditure invoice and specifying the delivery status. Some statuses, including cancellation, are set manually by the manager.
Important. The ROZETKA marketplace setup wizard requires SQL Server 2008 or higher with database compatibility level 100 or higher. Price list and photo addresses must be static: if the IP or file location changes, the exchange must be reconfigured and the Rozetka manager must be informed. For correct order processing, the entire Rozetka assortment must be exported through the price list generated in Torgsoft.

After setting up synchronization, stock balances are sent to the marketplace through the configured exchange, and orders arrive in Torgsoft. The manager processes them in the usual workflow, creates a TTN and prints documents, while the order status is automatically updated on Rozetka. Time spent on daily reconciliation decreases, and the risk of selling an unavailable product is reduced.

Are stock balances on Rozetka updated after a sale in the store?
Yes. If a product is sold in an offline outlet, the stock balance in Torgsoft changes, and during exchange the current quantity is sent to Rozetka. This reduces the risk of selling a product that is no longer available.
Do I need to enter the seller cabinet to process orders?
In most cases, no. Orders are loaded into Torgsoft, and actions in the program send the status back to Rozetka. You need to enter the cabinet only in specific cases, for example to correspond with the customer.
Can I edit the contents of a Rozetka order?
Editing depends on the order status and program version: it is available while the order has the «Being processed by the manager» status. If products need to be changed after order confirmation, this is done through the Rozetka seller cabinet, and Torgsoft will update the data during the next synchronization or invoice issuing.
Which products participate in synchronization?
Only products with photos participate in synchronization. Services are not synchronized. Products added to a product group through the «+ Products» tab are not displayed in the ROZETKA marketplace setup wizard.
How many products can be exported in the demo version?

Before connecting, it is worth checking whether products can be transferred to a price list generated by Torgsoft. For correct order processing, the entire assortment must be linked to products exported through this option.
Can I set prices for Rozetka that differ from the store?
Yes. For this, a separate accounting center with marketplace prices is used, or a markup percentage is added in the synchronization object settings, so prices in the main database do not need to be changed.
How do I understand which characteristics to fill in?
Using API access, Torgsoft loads the Rozetka category structure, and the setup wizard prompts required parameters that the marketplace uses as search filters.
Is it mandatory to send a promotional price?
No. If a promotional price is not provided for the product, the price list is generated without the corresponding field and passes marketplace verification.
What are the technical requirements for the option?
