Torgsoft for rent is a service that allows you to use the accounting program or individual options for a fixed rental payment, without purchasing a perpetual license. Access is valid during the paid period and is extended by paying for the next one. The agreement is concluded directly with the company.
Using the program for a rental payment
You choose a license and options, pay for the paid period and, after payment confirmation, receive access to the program. This format suits entrepreneurs who are not yet ready to purchase a perpetual license or want to first test the program in their business.
Which licenses and options can be rented
Any Torgsoft license and additional option can be rented:
- Torgsoft-Start;
- Torgsoft-Ultra;
- Torgsoft for terminal server;
- Client connection to terminal server;
- additional program options.
Rental does not apply to Torgsoft-Online, technical support services, a turnkey online store and retail equipment.

Testing the program in practice
You pay for the time of using the program and during this time check whether the functionality suits your business. The format is also convenient for entrepreneurs who are just starting a business.
Flexible set of options
Additional options are rented together with the license: Multicurrency sales, Software RRO, Integration with a bank terminal, Torgsoft mobile app and others.
Re-registration to another owner
After the rental term ends, the program and data can be transferred to another person, for example in case of selling the business. The transfer is agreed with the company.
How rental works under the agreement
You agree the configuration with the sales department: licenses, options, paid period and rental payment amount. The company records individual terms in an addendum to the agreement.
You make the rental payment. Payment is acceptance of the offer agreement; separate signing of papers is not required.
After payment confirmation, the company activates the license key for the paid period.
To continue working, you pay for the next paid period. You control the payment deadlines yourself.
After the paid period ends, access to the program is suspended until the next period is paid. After payment, access is restored.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if the next period is not paid?
Access to the program is suspended until payment is made. The data is stored in your database; after payment, work continues.
Can rental be arranged through a dealer or partner?
No. Rental is provided exclusively by Torgsoft. Payment to third-party details is not considered payment under the agreement.
Will the payment be refunded if the program was not used?
No. The rental payment is a fee for the right to use the program during the paid period; after access activation, it is not refunded.
Can the price change during the paid period?
No. The cost of the paid period is fixed. Tariff changes apply only to future payments.
Can access be transferred to another person during rental?
No. Sublease and transfer of access to third parties for a fee are prohibited by the agreement. Re-registration to another owner is possible after the rental term ends, subject to agreement with the company.
Where are individual terms recorded?
In the addendum to the agreement. It contains the configuration of licenses and options, paid periods, payment amounts and deadlines.
