Download the software and start tracking inventory
The Torgsoft demo works for 30 days. During this time, you can install it on a Windows computer, add products, and try sales, returns, transfers, and write-offs.
A few products are enough for an initial trial. If you buy a license after testing, your data and settings will be preserved.
How to install Torgsoft on one computer
- On a Windows computer, find TorgSoftSetup.exe and run it.
- In the “Налаштування бази даних” window, select “Тільки на цьому комп’ютері”. This option installs the software and database on one computer.
- After installation, open the “Торгсофт Власник” shortcut.
First sign-in details
Login: sa
Password: 2009
Before starting real inventory tracking, change the owner's password in the Налаштування → Користувачі menu.

What to do after signing in
Enter your store details
Enter the store name and choose the main currency for tracking.
Activate the demo
After activation, you can use the demo for 30 days.
Create product types
Add categories to group your assortment.
Add a few products
Record goods receipts for test products manually or import data from a supplier document in Excel format.
Prepare opening stock
Before tracking real inventory, count the products in your store and enter the actual opening stock. In Torgsoft, you can record it as a goods receipt marked “Початкові залишки”.
Check product operations
Process a sale, return, transfer, or write-off, then check the result in your inventory records.
Start with a few products to try the main operations. If you entered test data, contact technical support before tracking real inventory so they can prepare the database for use.
If you run into difficulties
Technical support can help install and activate the software and explain the initial settings. The demo includes up to 2 hours of free support during the 30-day period.
