Discount Club is an additional Torgsoft option that automatically gives a customer a fixed discount when they have accumulated a specified purchase amount within a defined period. It is needed when you do not want to give discounts to everyone indiscriminately, but want to reward those who buy regularly. As a result, the discount is received by active customers, and you see the status of each of them.
The option is suitable for retail stores with repeat purchases: clothing, footwear, cosmetics, jewelry, children’s goods, and pet products. It solves a typical pain point — loyalty cards are the same for everyone, discounts are given by guesswork, and it is unclear which customers actually generate revenue.
The owner sets five parameters: discount percentage, amount and period of initial accumulation for joining, amount and period for membership confirmation. After that, the program checks the conditions every day and suggests whom to include in the club and whom to exclude. The final decision remains yours.

What a discount club is
The Discount Club manages customers’ fixed discounts according to a simple rule. Any customer receives a card with a fixed zero discount. When making purchases, the customer presents the card, and the amount is automatically accumulated on it. To become a member of the discount club, the customer must accumulate the specified amount within the specified period. If they reach it — they receive a fixed club discount. If not — the accumulated amount is canceled, and the count starts again.

Before

How it works: 6 steps
Connection and setup. In the menu Settings — Parameters — Club discount system, check «Use the club discount system» and set five parameters.
Card issuance. Issue discount cards to customers with the accrual method «Fixed discount» and percentage 0.
Accumulation. The customer presents the card when making purchases — the amount accumulates from the day it was issued.
Daily check. At the first launch of the program during the day, Torgsoft checks the conditions and creates a list of candidates for joining and exclusion.
Manual decision. In the «Club discount management» window, the owner, administrator, or seller confirms joining or exclusion. After joining is confirmed, the program automatically replaces the zero discount with the club discount percentage specified in the settings; when excluded — the discount is removed.
Membership confirmation. To keep the discount, a club member must buy for the confirmation amount within the relevant period. If the condition is not met, the customer becomes regular, and accumulation starts again.
Important. When generating discount cards, the discount accrual method must be «Fixed discount», and the discount percentage must be 0. The mode works only for retail sales.
