When products are similar to each other, they are easy to confuse in accounting. A photo in the card helps the seller and merchandiser accurately identify the required item during receipt, sale, and inventory.
The merchandiser receives the product, opens the card, presses the button, and takes a picture. The photo is attached automatically. This reduces the number of actions when receiving large batches and makes the product card more visual for the whole team.

How it works: 4 steps
Connect the camera. Connect the webcam directly to the computer with the Torgsoft database. The function does not work through Remote Desktop.
Open the product card. For example, through the «Warehouse» — «Warehouse status» menu, open the card for editing and go to the «Photo» tab.
Launch the camera. Click the «Take photo» button or use the CTRL + SHIFT + D shortcut. The «Photo» window will open, where you can select the camera and resolution.
Take a picture. Click «Take photo» or press Enter. The image will be immediately linked to the product and appear on the «Photo» tab.
Important. The camera must be connected directly to the computer with the database. If you access the program through Remote Desktop, webcam shooting will be unavailable.
