How can I see how many items and for how much are in stock?

Purpose of inventory balance analysis in the Torgsoft program:

1. Procurement planning: tracking goods that are running out or have zero balance to form orders to suppliers.
2. Financial control: evaluating the total value of inventory at purchase, retail, and wholesale prices.
3. Analytics by retail outlets: comparing balances and movement of goods between different accounting centers (detailed statistics are available via the «Analysis» menu).

Step-by-step instruction: How to view the quantity and amount of goods in the warehouse

1. In the main menu of the program, go to the section «Warehouse» ⟶ «Warehouse state».
2. In the upper right corner of the window, find the filter by product state and select «Goods in stock» from the list (this will hide sold items from the table).
3. In order for the financial totals to be as accurate as possible, click the «Recalculate cost price» button on the top toolbar.
4. In the lower summary panel of the window, you will see the results: the total quantity of goods and their amount at retail and wholesale prices.
5. Note: If the amounts you need (for example, retail or wholesale price equivalents) are not displayed, click the «Settings» button (or the menu View ⟶ Column visibility) and check the boxes next to the corresponding columns to display them.

Additional search and filtering tools:

• Viewing zero balances: In the same filter by product state (upper right corner), change the value from «Goods in stock» to «Only with zero quantity».
• Detailed filter by characteristics: Click the «Filters» button (or the F12 key). In the parameters window, select the desired season, manufacturer, product type, gender, color, or material, then click the «Update» (F5) button.
