The additional “Excise Tax Declaration” option generates a report on sales of goods for which the required attributes have been configured in Torgsoft. The video shows how to fill in categories in product types and enter the company and responsible person’s details, then select the company and reporting period. The program compiles sales data and prepares XML files for further reporting work.
Preparing a report in Torgsoft
Before sending the files to an accountant or an electronic reporting system, check the list of goods, company details, amounts, and whether the declaration form is up to date. The submission procedure and the data to be included are determined by the current requirements of the State Tax Service of Ukraine; a file generated by the program does not replace the taxpayer’s review of the report.
