The webinar covers planning expenses and purchases, working with your team, and supporting customers when demand changes. For your store, compare decisions with actual sales, stock levels, and available funds. Identify which products need replenishing and which should be reviewed based on sales results.
Prices and currency
When the exchange rate or purchase price changes, check supplier documents and the impact on retail prices. Do not change prices across the entire range based on a single assumption: review product groups and margins using current data. The webinar was recorded in 2014, so the economic conditions described at the time do not represent the current situation.
