Issuing and selling
Each certificate has a unique barcode that the program uses to track its status and amount. Prepare the denominations and print template, issue the certificates, and check several codes before selling them. Grant the relevant employees separate permissions to issue, sell, and redeem certificates.
Paying with a certificate
During a purchase, scan the certificate barcode and check how much has been credited toward payment. After the transaction, verify the certificate status, sale amount, and payment method in the documents. If the purchase costs more than the certificate’s face value, the difference is processed using another payment method under the store’s current rules. The video shows the general accounting procedure in the old interface.
