The “Payment — Financial Document” mode collects records of incoming and outgoing money: customer payments, settlements with suppliers, current expenses, cash collection, and transfers between cash registers and accounts. On the “Cash Register” tab, you can filter operations by period, document type, counterparty, analysis category, and cash register. This helps you find a specific payment and reconcile the balance.

This video dates from 2019. The program’s design has changed significantly, and it has gained more features. However, the working principles of many modes have stayed the same or remain very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available exclusively in Ukrainian.

How to Track Money Movement

To record a cash operation manually, create a cash receipt or disbursement order with an amount, counterparty, and category. The balance by financial analysis categories helps you see what the money was spent on, while the balance with partners helps you check settlements. To see the total for a particular cash register, open its daily report. Command names in the old video may differ from those in the current interface.
