This video is from 2017. The program design has changed significantly, and more features have been added. However, the way many modes work remains the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.
Connecting to the working database
Torgsoft Hybrid works with the main program database. Before installation, check that the required feature is enabled, the application server is running, and the employee is allowed to use hybrid mode. In the sign-in window, enter the employee's credentials and select the database. Set the server address and port in the connection settings. A responsible administrator should configure remote server access in accordance with your network security rules.
First launch and verification
After connecting, check access to inventory status, sales, and returns. To continue working without internet access, first make a sale in online mode, as described in the current help documentation. On the main form, monitor the connection indicator and the number of packages awaiting synchronization. Once the connection is restored, check that all operations have been sent to the main database.
Updating the program
The 2017 video shows an old version of Hybrid and how it was updated. Before updating, check version compatibility against the current instructions and make sure you have an up-to-date database backup. Do not copy the network settings from the old video verbatim: service and screen names and the installation sequence may have changed.
