This video is from 2017. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the way many modes work is still the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available in Ukrainian only.
Stock Status
In hybrid mode, an employee can open stock status and find an item by name, article number, or barcode. Available data depends on the permissions of their account. Grouping helps browse the assortment by product type. Before making a sale, check the stock level at the required accounting center, especially if several stores use the same database.
Sales and Returns
In sales mode, add an item by scanning or searching, check the quantity, amount, and payment method, then complete the sale. Process a return as a separate document, using the receipt from the original sale where possible. The actions available to a salesperson depend on their permissions and enabled features. The video shows operation with an internet connection; check the current screens and fields against the help documentation.
Connection Status
Hybrid shows whether it is connected to the server. If the internet connection is lost, supported operations may be saved locally and sent to the main program after the connection is restored. Check the mode indicator and the package queue: a zero queue after synchronization means there are no pending operations. A successful online sale is required before the first offline sale. The 2017 video has an old interface.
