This video is from 2017. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or very similar. We are updating our knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available only in Ukrainian.
Preparing to connect
The 2017 recording shows an Excelio FP-280 fiscal register. This model and the interface shown are not universal examples for modern equipment. Before configuring your device, check its compatibility with the current version of Torgsoft and activate the fiscal register integration feature for Hybrid. Install the driver and set up device access according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Settings in Hybrid
On Hybrid’s main form, open the fiscal printer settings, select the connected device and print options. Check the connection and run a test print according to the current procedure for your register. In terminal mode, identify which computer the equipment is physically connected to and which user is allowed to use it. Do not transfer the old settings shown in the video without checking them first.
After configuration
During a sale, check that the receipt was printed on the intended register and that the transaction appears in Torgsoft. The help documentation also describes printing a fiscal receipt in Hybrid offline, provided the relevant equipment and feature are configured. Check current rules for registering cash registers and processing payments, and consult the latest Torgsoft help for technical procedures. The timestamps link to two parts of the old video.
