This video was made in 2021. The app design has changed significantly since then, and more features have been added. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or very similar. We are updating our knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.

Connection and access

The mobile app connects to the Torgsoft database using a user account. In the main program, configure access to mobile modes so employees can see only the actions and data they are permitted to access. A configured database connection is required. The screens in the video show an older version; see the help section for the current list of modes and connection instructions.

Products and sales

In the app, you can check products by barcode, view warehouse stock and size availability, photograph products, receive them into stock, and process sales. Returns, transfers, write-offs, and inventory are also available, depending on the user's permissions. Changing a price or discount in a sale requires a separate permission. Data from mobile operations is stored in the same accounting system.

Monitoring and reports

With the appropriate permissions, an owner or manager can view sales totals, the status of the retail network, financial documents, and employee activity. Not every user needs every mode: keep only work-related functions on the main screen. The timecodes below link to sections of the overview; check the current help section for feature names and availability.
