Payment using bank details
Get the recipient’s current bank details from an invoice or contract. In the monobank app, choose payment by IBAN and enter the account number, amount, and payment purpose. The 2021 video shows the app as it looked at the time; button names and screen order may differ in the current version.
Check the payment
Before confirming, check the recipient’s name, IBAN, amount, payment purpose, and fee. After paying, save the bank confirmation and match it to the relevant invoice in your own records. Do not use the details shown in the video example for an actual transfer.
