This video is from 2016. The program design has changed considerably, and it has more features. However, the principles behind many modes have stayed the same or are very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.
Preparing the statement
A payment statement gathers payroll calculations for a selected period. Create a statement and specify the start and end of the calculation, as well as the period it covers. If needed, filter the data by store or employee. Before payment, review the payslips: they show the components of earnings and deductions.
Calculation and payment
After calculating, check earnings, regular payments and deductions, employee debts, and the total payable. The payment statement lets you prepare a payment for a specific employee or according to a plan. Close it after reconciling the amounts and actual payments. The 2016 video shows the old window design, but the workflow for setting the period, calculating, and checking remains useful.
