Create an inventory sheet
In the “Inventory” mode, select an existing inventory sheet or create a new one for the required accounting center. Add products by scanning their barcodes and check the actual quantities. The employee’s access to inventory must be configured in the main program. If several employees are working, agree on which inventory sheet they will fill in to avoid counting items twice.
Working offline and sending results
The video shows downloading an inventory sheet to the smartphone’s memory for offline scanning, then sending the results to the server. Before finishing, make sure all collected data has synced. In the main program, open the relevant inventory sheet and check the scanned products and discrepancies before processing the inventory. The steps and button names in the current version may differ from those in the 2017 video.
