What is sent to Prom
The synchronization object links the Torgsoft product catalog with the store on Prom. Product names, descriptions, prices, stock levels, photos, and attributes can be sent; orders are downloaded to the program for further processing. Before the first exchange, compare the catalogs: a full synchronization may remove from Prom products that are not in the selected Torgsoft product range.
Current setup procedure
Create an API token in your Prom account with the required permissions and expiration period. In Torgsoft, add a Prom-type synchronization object, specify the token, accounting center, payment methods, product warehouse, and exchange schedule. Check a few products and a test order before starting regular synchronization. The old video explains the principle; current fields are listed in the instructions.
