What the video shows
The 2020 video demonstrates registering a software cash register through the tax office’s electronic cabinet using test data. The presenter opens the pRRO section, fills in an application, signs it electronically, submits key information, and checks the receipt containing the fiscal number. The form numbers and cabinet interface shown in the video are historical: check the current forms with the State Tax Service (DPS) before submitting documents.
How to prepare for registration now
Prepare the business and business location details, an electronic signature, and information about the cash register and cashiers. In Torgsoft, you can also start pRRO registration from the menu Налаштування → Програмний РРО → Реєстрація програмного РРО. The current Torgsoft guide explains the steps and required settings. After submitting the application, check the receipt and fiscal number; only then complete the cash register setup in the program.
What to check before the first sale
After registration, add the pRRO in Torgsoft, configure the cashier’s key, business, payment types, and fiscal settings for products. Confirm which cash register is selected during a sale, and test receipt printing or electronic delivery. Check current form names, rules for use, and registration status in the DPS electronic cabinet; this old video does not replace the current guide.
