This video is from 2014. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the way many modes work remains the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.
Set up the directory and receive goods
First, define your accounting centers and employee permissions. Product types help organize your assortment and analyze stock and sales later. To record a delivery, open “Document — Goods Receipt,” create an invoice, specify the supplier, and add the items. For goods with sizes, fill in the attributes in the product card. Check the purchase and retail prices before completing the invoice. If the goods were received before, select them from the directory to avoid creating a duplicate card.
Distribute goods and process sales
After receiving goods, you can transfer them between accounting centers using a separate document. To make a sale, open “Document — Sale,” add items with a scanner or search, check the quantity and total, and complete the payment. Discounts and available payment methods depend on the program settings and employee permissions. Process customer returns as a separate transaction, linking it to the sale when a receipt is available.
Check the daily totals
At the end of the shift, reconcile completed sales, the goods report, and cash movements. This helps you see revenue and stock after receipts, transfers, and returns. The webinar was recorded in 2014: the button layout and available modes have changed. For setup instructions for the current version, use the up-to-date Torgsoft help center.
