Monitor Store Sales Operations

12.12.2014 00:00

This video is from 2014. The program's design has changed considerably, and it now has more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or remains very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.

Permissions and documents

Assign employee permissions according to their duties: sales, returns, write-offs, stocktaking, and customer service do not necessarily need to be available to every salesperson. Separately decide who can edit posted sales documents and set a manual discount. Check access rules with a test user so you do not block a required checkout operation.

Checking sales

Match returns to the original receipt, and check discounts and gift certificates against store rules. The document change log and reports help establish who changed an operation and when. Do not draw conclusions about an employee from a single indicator: first check the documents, permissions, and actual stock levels. The 2014 webinar shows an older interface.
