This video was made in 2015. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it now has more features. However, the principles behind many modes remain the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.
Services in the records
In the “Товарознавство — Повний перелік товарів та послуг” menu, create a service separately from an inventory item: enter its name and price and, if needed, assign it to a type. A service is not received into stock as a physical item. It can be added to a sale or invoice; for repairs, record work and services in the relevant order along with materials. If a service has components, check their composition and cost before the sale.
Renting out goods
Rental is a separate additional feature. It records the customer, item, rental period, rate and, if needed, a deposit. An item rented out is reserved and must not be included in an ordinary sale. When it is returned, check the rental period and final settlement. Current fields and rental procedures are described in Help.
Customer partial payment
The video also shows a sale with deferred or partial payment by a VIP customer. Link this sale to the customer’s card, then track the amount paid and outstanding balance using the configured method for recording VIP payments. This is different from a bank installment plan or payment in installments through a bank; those have separate terms and integrations. The video was recorded using an older version of the program, so check mode names against the current Help.
