Setup and receiving goods
Create a size range in the directory, add sizes, and enable size tracking for the product type. If needed, assign the range to a manufacturer. When receiving goods, enter the quantity for each size: the program will save separate items, stock levels, and barcodes. Before printing labels, check the model names, prices, and quantities against the invoice.
Sales and assortment control
When making a sale, scan the barcode for the required size or select it from the stock status. Process a return or exchange for another size as separate product transactions so that stock levels for both sizes remain correct. Availability by accounting center helps you find a size at another store. To analyze model movement, sales, and stock, use “Assortment Management Center”; in the old video, it is called “Model Assortment Management Center.”
