This video is from 2018. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has more features. However, many modes work in the same or a very similar way. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available only in Ukrainian.
Preparation
Before installing, check the current system requirements, license type, database location, and number of workstations. Save a backup of existing data and determine who has permission to install programs and configure the network. For a new workstation, it is important to know which database it will connect to. The 2018 video shows an older installer, so the component versions shown are not requirements for a current installation.
After installation
Launch the program and check the connection to the required database and the user’s permissions. Using test data, verify that the main modes open, printing works, and connected equipment is available. The installation order for the database server and client depends on the store configuration; get current installation files and steps from up-to-date support materials. The old video is useful as an overview of the stages, but not as a step-by-step guide for the new version.
