This video was recorded in 2016. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or is very similar. We are updating our knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available exclusively in Ukrainian.
Receiving and selling goods
In “Document — Goods Receipt,” create an invoice, specify the supplier, and add items. Add a new product through its card by filling in the type, manufacturer, attributes, quantity, and prices; select an existing product from the directory. To make a sale, open “Document — Sale,” add items with a scanner or search, check the total, and complete the payment. Process returns separately in the “Returns” mode.
Stock, stocktaking, and customer management
Use “Warehouse Status” to check stock balances and goods movement, and use the corresponding mode to change prices. Stocktaking helps compare actual quantities with the program’s records: create a stocktaking sheet, collect quantities, and check discrepancies before completing it. In customer management, you can maintain a customer directory and apply configured discounts. An employee’s role permissions determine their access to the warehouse, reports, and other modes.
Reports and differences in the old interface
The cash register report shows the day’s cash totals, while the goods report shows goods movement over a period. Analytical reports help compare sales and stock balances by product type. The video was recorded in 2016: menu names, steps, and available options may have changed. For practical work, check the current help and settings for your edition of the program.
