In Torgsoft, a store, warehouse, or separate retail outlet is an accounting center. In the «Налаштування — Торговельна мережа» directory, create a center and enter its name, address, contact details, and type of trade. The type of trade determines which prices the program offers during a sale. For individual stores, you can configure cash registers and settlement accounts so transactions are recorded under the appropriate accounting center.
This video dates from 2019. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the operating principles of many modes remain the same or very similar. How to Set Up an Accounting Center
When there are several centers, arrange them in the network structure to match how the business operates—for example, a main warehouse and stores. In the network settings, you can specify a central accounting center for synchronizing prices and discounts. Before saving, check the details for each location and its pricing rules. The old video recording shows a previous interface, so check exact field names against the current documentation.
