Invoices and shipments
In the trading with invoice mode, create a document for the customer and check the list of goods or services, the price, quantity and details. Record payment and the actual delivery of goods as separate actions so you can track the balance due and remaining stock. If needed, create a delivery note from the linked invoice.
Acts and payment tracking
For completed services, prepare an act with the correct date and description. If the customer pays in installments, match each payment to the invoice and check the outstanding balance before closing it. This 2012 video was recorded using an older version; use the current mode description to determine the applicable document templates, details and accounting rules.
