This video is from 2018. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or is very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.
Separate login for an employee
Create an individual account with the required permissions for each employee. A desktop shortcut helps open the program quickly at a specific workstation, but it does not replace access settings. Check which user account opens after launch and which actions that account can perform.
Access protection
The old video shows a login option that does not require entering the password again. Before using it, consider who has access to the computer: a shared shortcut should not allow someone to work as another employee. For shared workstations, keep individual accounts and control logins.
