Packaging and Metric Goods
The packaging mode combines several units of piece goods into one package and prints a label for it with a barcode and quantity. For goods sold by length, area, or volume, metric accounting helps calculate the quantity and price using the required unit. Before working, check the unit of measure and the barcode formation rules.
Dispatch and Notifications
Deferred dispatch separates recording a sale from the actual issue of goods from the warehouse. This lets you track what has been paid for and what still needs to be issued. Notifications for program users convey important information to staff and help confirm that they have read it. The video shows four separate features in an old interface, so check the current documentation for each one’s settings.
