The option is suitable for stores selling seasonal clothing, children's and sports goods, garden tools, and holiday accessories. It solves a typical problem: after demand drops, the remaining seasonal goods need to be put away somewhere, not lost, and not ordered in excess next year. Without accounting, such goods either clutter the warehouse, are sold accidentally, or are forgotten until they deteriorate.
With the option, you scan goods into a box, print a barcode and a list of contents for it, and after the command «Collect goods into a box», the program moves the items to the storage warehouse. At the beginning of the new season, the boxes are quickly unpacked, and the goods return to active sale while preserving the accounting cost.

Before
Seasonal goods lie together with current goods or are placed in unnamed boxes. Balances are unknown, some items get lost or damaged, and accidental sales occur at the checkout for goods that were supposed to be stored until the next year.
After
Each box has a barcode and a list of contents, goods are kept in the seasonal warehouse and are unavailable for ordinary sale. You know exactly where and how much has been set aside, and in a few minutes you return the assortment to sale before the season.
How it works: 5 steps
Step. Open the collection mode. Go to Document → Completion → Box for seasonal storage and create a new box.
Step. Scan the goods. The warehouse worker, seller, or inventory manager scans the items placed into the box. Data can also be loaded from a data collection terminal.
Step. Collect the box. After the command «Collect goods into a box», the program records the packing and moves the goods to the storage warehouse so that they do not mix with the current seasonal assortment.
Step. Label the box. A unique barcode is created for the box. Print it and attach it to the box, and place the list of contents inside.
Step. Return the goods to sale. At the beginning of the season, quickly unpack the boxes. If needed earlier, you can find goods through the search mode, remove a separate item, or move it to another box.
Important. The accounting cost of the component goods is saved for the box, and if needed it can be recalculated using the «Recalculate box cost» button. For goods with warranty accounting, work with serial numbers is preserved: they can be entered and viewed.
