How to activate ECR?

The software RRO in Torgsoft is already built into the program, so you do not need to install it separately. To start working, it is enough to activate the test period in the list of additional features, and after testing is complete — if necessary, connect the paid option for each cash register separately.

Before activating the sRRO, make sure that the main Torgsoft program is already installed on the computer and you understand exactly which cash register you plan to use this feature on. After the test period ends, the settings do not disappear, but for further work with the sRRO, you need to separately connect a paid option for each cash register. If there is a doubt about whether you are correctly activating the exact feature needed in your configuration, it is better to clarify this with technical support first.


How to connect and activate the software RRO (sRRO) in Torgsoft:

  1. Program installation. The software RRO is a built-in module, so you do not need to download it separately. To work, you must download and install the main Torgsoft accounting program.
  2. Test period. You can activate and test the sRRO functionality for free for 30 days directly in the program.
  3. Activation. To activate the test mode, go to the menu: SettingsList of additional features (or Additional features list) → find the option «Software RRO» → click the «Activate for 30 days» button. After that, the program must be restarted.
  4. Data saving. After the 30-day demo version expires, all your data and settings are saved locally on the computer.
  5. Further use. To continue working with the sRRO after the test period, you must purchase this option. The option is provided as a 1-year subscription and is purchased separately for each cash register.
