The program constantly asks you to choose ECR

If during work Torgsoft asks to select an sRRO, it means that several software RROs are available at one workplace, and the program needs to determine which one to use for the current operation. This behavior is standard and depends on the settings of enterprises, sRROs, and the type of action performed by the cashier.

A request to select an sRRO does not mean a program error. Most often it appears where the system cannot automatically apply one specific sRRO without clarification. If several PEs or several sRROs work at the cash register, it is important to check in advance their linking to enterprises and the selection logic during payment and service operations. If there is a doubt whether this is standard behavior in your configuration, it is better to clarify this with technical support first.

Why does the program ask to select an sRRO during work?

A request to select an sRRO appears when several sRROs for different enterprises (PEs) are registered at one workplace, and the program needs to determine to which of them the current operation should be applied.

This happens with the simultaneous coincidence of the following conditions:

1. Two or more sRROs are added and available for work at the workplace.
2. The program is configured to link each sRRO with the corresponding enterprise.
3. In the menu Settings → Parameters → Receipt → Set/Configure, a default sRRO is selected, but the current operation relates to another enterprise or is general for the cash register.

During which operations the request appears: during a regular sale, the program automatically determines the required sRRO by the document's enterprise or current account. However, the window with the selection of the sRRO will appear in the following cases:

• Execution of service actions: When clicking the action button with the fiscal registrar on the «Realization» form to open a shift, print an X-report, Z-report, as well as deposit or withdraw cash.
• Working with several sRROs during the day: If the cashier has already carried out settlement operations through several different sRROs at this workplace during the current shift.
• Manual change of enterprise: If during payment the cashier manually changes the enterprise in order to print a receipt on another sRRO.
