Torgsoft has standard templates for software RRO fiscal receipts for tapes of various widths, which already contain the mandatory details. If necessary, the template can be changed — for example, to add service text, a logo, or additional fields — but this must be done carefully so as not to disrupt the structure of the fiscal document.
Editing the fiscal receipt template must be done carefully, as it must contain mandatory details in the correct structure. If you delete or change system fields without understanding their purpose, the receipt may display incorrectly or not meet the requirements for a fiscal document. If you are not sure which elements can be changed without risk, it is better to first coordinate this with an accountant or technical support.
How to change the software RRO receipt template in Torgsoft
The Torgsoft program contains standard templates for software RRO fiscal receipts (for tape widths of 56-57 mm and 80 mm), which by default contain all the mandatory details established by law.
If necessary, you can edit this template — for example, add a discount percentage, price list price, additional text regarding product exchange, or a store logo.
Step-by-step instructions:
- In the main menu of the program, open Settings → Print template settings.
- In the list of documents, find and select the required software RRO fiscal receipt template according to the width of your receipt tape.
- Click the Configure button (or select the required template from the drop-down list), after which the FastReport template editor will open.
- Make the necessary changes (add text or database fields).
- Save the updated template.
⚠️ Important:
- A fiscal receipt must contain a strict list of mandatory details in accordance with the requirements of the State Tax Service (DPS).
- Do not delete standard system variables from the template so as not to disrupt the structure of the fiscal document.
- The Torgsoft company does not control the correctness of the changes made by the user, so be sure to consult with your accountant or tax agent before editing the parameters of the fiscal receipt.
