Why is the «Fiscal registrar» button in Realization present under one server account, but inactive under another?

1) The limit of workplaces for the sRRO option is exceeded (most common reason) The additional sRRO option is purchased for a certain number of computers/connections. If the option is purchased for 1 workplace, but you selected the sRRO in the settings under two different Windows (server) users, the button will automatically become inactive on one of them.

Solution: log in to the server under the Windows user where the sRRO should not work, and clear the sRRO selection in the settings (or purchase a license for an additional workplace). After that, be sure to restart Torgsoft on the required cash register.

2) sRRO settings are linked to a specific Windows (server) user

In Torgsoft, the receipt type and equipment are configured individually for each «workplace» (a combination of a computer and a Windows account). If you configured the sRRO by logging into the server as the «Admin» user, these settings will only apply to them. If you then log into the server as the «User» and launch Torgsoft, the sRRO settings will not be there.

Solution: log in to the server under the Windows account where the button is inactive, open Torgsoft and specify the required sRRO in the settings.

3) sRRO is not selected in the receipt settings Check the path: Settings → Parameters → Receipt.

Solution: The receipt type must be set as «Fiscal» or «Mixed (fisc. + non-fisc.)». At the same time, on the «Fiscal» tab, the printer type field must indicate «Software RRO», and below from the list, a specific sRRO must be selected for this user. After configuring, restart the program.
