Why sales go to the wrong sRRO and how to fix it
When working with multiple enterprises and sRROs on one cash register, the program determines where to send the fiscal receipt according to a strict algorithm of priorities. If the receipt goes to the wrong sRRO, the reason lies in the violation of these priorities.
How Torgsoft chooses the sRRO to print the receipt (from highest priority to lowest):
- By current account (highest priority). If the payment is cashless, the program checks which enterprise the selected current account is linked to. In this case, the manual selection of the enterprise on the «Payment» form is completely ignored by the program.
- By workplace settings. If the account is not specified (cash), the program looks for a link in the «Workplace sRRO for the enterprise» table (Workplace settings → Fiscal registrar).
- By global enterprise settings. If there is no previous setting, the «Software RRO» tab in the card of the Enterprise itself is checked.
- Default sRRO. If no link is found, the receipt is printed on the sRRO selected as the main one for this workplace. In addition, if the sale does not involve the creation of a payment document (for example, issuing a gift certificate with a zero price), the operation can also automatically link to the default sRRO.
The impact of the «Print receipt on demand» setting. This parameter does not redirect receipts to another sRRO, but creates a risk of non-fiscalization. If printing «on demand» is enabled, the cashier on the «Payment» form is obliged to manually click the «Receipt» button. If they simply close the payment, the receipt will not go to the STS at all.
How to configure correct operation (step-by-step):
Step 1. Separate current accounts
Make sure that a separate current account is created for each PE and it is linked to the correct Enterprise (Settings → Retail network → Current account). For cashless payment, the cashier must select the correct account.
Step 2. Link the sRRO to the enterprise at the cash register
Go to Workplace settings → Fiscal registrar. In the «Workplace sRRO for the enterprise» table, add a clear correspondence: which Enterprise works with which sRRO on this specific computer.
Step 3. Set up automatic division of receipts (if necessary)
So that the cashier does not make a mistake when manually selecting the enterprise during payment, enable automatic division:
- Settings → Parameters → Accounting → enable «Link product type to enterprise and divide realization by it».
- In the Product type directory, specify its own Enterprise for each category. Now, if one receipt contains goods of different PEs, Torgsoft will automatically divide them into two fiscal receipts upon payment and send them to the corresponding sRROs.
Step 4. Enable mandatory printing
To avoid losing receipts, go to Settings → Parameters → Receipt and set the Receipt printing conditions: «Mandatory for each realization». This will eliminate the human factor.
