In Torgsoft, prepayment and subsequent payment receipts are linked to the sales document. The video shows several scenarios: an advance payment, partial repayment of debt, a delivery note, and final settlement. Before printing, check the amount, payment method, and which document has already been fiscalized.
Sequence of partial payments
The “Print invoice receipt on PRRO” setting determines whether a receipt is generated for the amount actually paid or for the payment amount together with the debt. The second mode completes the described sequence for the invoice, so the choice should match the method of subsequent payments. After each operation, check the fiscal status and outstanding debt; current scenarios and limitations are described in the Torgsoft instructions.
