The first part of the video shows how to prepare the portable Syncotek MPT II printer for use with a Windows computer. Load the receipt paper, turn on the device, connect it to the computer, and install the driver for your configuration. You can then select the printer in the document printing settings.
Preparing the printer for printing
Before printing a receipt from Torgsoft, run the printer’s self-test and check printing from Windows. Then verify the selected port, paper width, and document template in the program. This video covers connecting the printer to a computer; how it works with other devices depends on their interfaces and drivers.
