Inventory helps compare the actual quantity of goods with recorded stock. This video covers full and partial stocktakes, warehouse preparation, organizing the count, and working with an inventory sheet in Torgsoft. Before you begin, define the list of goods and the employees responsible.
Preparation, counting, and reconciliation
During the count, scan or enter goods in the document, then check discrepancies for each item when finished. Pay particular attention to goods in transit, unprocessed documents, and transfers between warehouses. Use the final data after reconciling documents and actual quantities so that recorded stock matches the store.
