Documents and access
The 2015 webinar brings together several functions: accounts for one counterparty, files attached to a document, product photos in invoices, and restrictions on a user's access to product types. Before combining documents, check the customer, the documents included and the payments. Set access rights according to job responsibilities so that employees see only the data they need.
Repricing a product group
To change prices in bulk, first select the required products and check the accounting center. Enter a new price or a change rule, review the result and apply the repricing to the specified locations. Then check several prices in stock and in sales. The video shows old screens; the current process for bulk price changes and reviewing their history is described separately.
