Closed period
Delete statistics only for a completed period. Before choosing a date, check for open documents and whether you need the transaction history for audits or reports. The 2013 video explains the principle behind the feature but shows the old interface.
Archive and checks
Create a database backup and save any required documents and reports separately before clearing statistics. Check that the archive opens and that the responsible employees know where to find it. After the operation, reconcile current stock balances and settlements. If you do not have a verified copy, do not start the deletion.
