Switching to bonuses
Compare current discounts with the planned bonus rules: customers should understand when bonuses are credited and how much they can pay with them. Set separate terms for birthdays or specific customer groups, and check them with test cards. Do not change the current loyalty program without informing customers about the new rules.
Bonus transactions
In Torgsoft, check bonuses credited, payments made with bonuses, the balance, and any possible expiry. The bonus transaction report helps reconcile individual operations with the customer’s total. The 2013 webinar shows examples from an older version, so check the current fields and terms before launch.
