This video is from 2019. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or is very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.
Counting cash
A cash count by denomination records the actual banknotes and coins in the cash register. At the end of the day, count the money by denomination and enter the quantity of each denomination in Torgsoft. The program totals the physical cash and compares it with the cash balance based on recorded transactions.
Report and reconciliation
View the result under “Оплата — Підсумки каси — Покупюрна перевірка”. The discrepancy shows the difference between the physical amount and the recorded balance at the end of the day. Before the final reconciliation, check that sales, returns, cash collection, and other cash movements have been entered in the program. The interface in the 2019 video may differ from the current one.
