For a 40×25 mm price tag, you need labels of the corresponding size and a printer that supports this media. First install the printer driver and set the label size in its settings. In Torgsoft, open “Налаштування — Налаштування друку бирок”, then select a price tag template or make a copy of one. On the template tab, open FastReport and place the product name, price, and barcode within the label boundaries.

This video was made in 2011. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the operating principles of many modes have stayed the same or are very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.

How to set up a 40×25 mm label

After saving the template, select the required printer and print one test label. Check that the text and price are fully visible, the barcode scans, and the print does not go over the edge. If the misalignment keeps recurring, check the media size in the driver and template, and calibrate the printer. This recording was made in an older version of Torgsoft, so use the current instructions for up-to-date settings.
