This video is from 2012. The program’s design has changed significantly, and it has more features. However, many operating principles have stayed the same or remain very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.
When to create an order
A customer order is useful when a buyer asks you to set aside an item in stock or bring in an item that is not currently available in the store. The document records the customer, item, quantity, agreed price, fulfillment date, and advance payment, if one is accepted. Staff can view open orders and track which goods need to be prepared for pickup.
Reservation and catalog items
For an item in stock, create an order from the sales form and choose a reservation method. You can move the item to a temporary storage warehouse or leave it in the main warehouse; in the latter case, the store separately tracks its availability until the customer arrives. If the item is not yet in the directory, enter its details and the price agreed with the customer when placing an order from the catalog. Record the due date, contact details, and advance amount, if received.
Fulfilling an order
When the item is ready, find the order and check the reservation, quantity, and advance payment. After handing over the goods, complete the final payment and close the fulfilled order. Review the report on ordered and reserved goods periodically so you can replenish stock in time and contact customers. The 2012 video shows an old interface; check current command names and partial handover options in the current help.
