This video is from 2015. The program design has changed significantly, and more features have been added. However, many modes work the same way or in a very similar way. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available exclusively in Ukrainian.
Access to account data
Create separate accounts for the owner, administrator, and employees, and assign them the appropriate roles. Check who can see purchase prices, revenue, reports, and financial transactions. Leave access to settings, exports, and database archives only to those responsible for these tasks. When an employee's duties change, review their permissions; do not use one shared account for different people.
Database backups and recovery
In the “Файл — Архівація” menu, save a database backup and choose a separate place to store it. Automatic archiving helps create backups regularly, but you need to monitor that it runs and have access to the latest file. Use standard Torgsoft actions to transfer or restore a database, and check that the backup is compatible with the current system.
